Education:
Dr. Van Gorp received B.A. degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and his M.D. degree from the Medical College of Ohio at Toledo. He served his residency in Orthopedic surgery at the Grand Rapids Orthopedic Surgery Residency Program in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Fellowship:
He holds a Fellowship in Adult Reconstruction from the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, Utah and he received his Fellowship in Arthroscopy and Sports Medicine in early 2010 from Ohio State University.
Biography:
Previously he was the Assistant Professor and Chief of Orthopedic Surgery, Adult Reconstruction Division at the Medical College of Ohio and opened his own private practice in Amarillo, Texas, where he was on staff at both NWTH and BSA hospitals. He was Assistant Professor of the Division of Adult Reconstruction in the Department of Orthopedics at Ohio State University.
