Dr. Quiros is a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines, earning his Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts, and Doctor of Medicine degrees there. He earned an MBA at the University of South Florida in 1999.

Internship:
He served a rotating internship and a residency in internal medicine at the United States Air Force Clark Hospital. Dr. Quiros completed an internship in surgery at Mt. Sinai City Hospital in Elmhurst, New York

Residency:
He served a residency in general surgery at New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York, spending the last year as the chief resident.

Fellowship:
He completed a one-year fellowship in hand surgery at New York Medical College.



Certification:
Board Certified in General Surgery and Hand Surgery; Certified and Recertified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Managed Care Medicine
