Memorial Hospital Memorial Hospital is a sixty-bed acute care hospital that is accredited by the Joint Commission. It has received the Texas Nurses Association designation as a Nurse Friendly facility and the Press Ganey Compass Award in Ambulatory Surgery for improved patient satisfaction. Memorial Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Our sixty bed long term care nursing center offers a comfortable, home-like atmosphere with daily activities and a caring, compassionate staff. Memorial Home Health MCHD community-based services, including Home Health and Memorial Hospice, provide quality care in a patient's home, including end of life palliative care. Outpatient Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy This extensive department provides rehabilitative services with Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies. Sleep Lab Do you have trouble sleeping? Our Sleep Lab can help diagnose the problem. Physicians Offices MCHD has the unique ability to hire physicians as part of the hospital district. The EMS Department provides Basic Life Support service with Mobile Intensive Care capabilities every minute of every day. MCHD prides itself on our steady growth and development, providing services normally found in larger facilities, including a 64 slice CT Scanner, 1.5 Tesla MRI, Nuclear Medicine, PACS system, and DEXA scanner for bone density testing. State-of-the-art equipment, modern information systems, and the finest medical practitioners and support personnel combine to make our hospital district one of the finest anywhere.
