Memorial Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Our sixty bed long term care nursing center offers a comfortable, home-like atmosphere with daily activities and a caring, compassionate staff. Memorial Home Health MCHD community-based services, including Home Health and Memorial Hospice, provide quality care in a patient's home, including end of life palliative care. Outpatient Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy This extensive department provides rehabilitative services with Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies. Emergency Services Our 24 hour ER is designated as a Level IV in trauma service Area-A, providing quality care to the trauma patients in the area. The EMS Department provides Basic Life Support service with Mobile Intensive Care capabilities every minute of every day. MCHD prides itself on our steady growth and development, providing services normally found in larger facilities, including a 64 slice CT Scanner, 1.5 Tesla MRI, Nuclear Medicine, PACS system, and DEXA scanner for bone density testing.
